JHA  handles recruiting, including reference checks, skills evaluation, interviewing, and screening of all employee for the client. JHA acts as an extension to the Human Resource Department at the healthcare organization. Making sure to keep clear communication between supervisor and employee, while also troubleshooting or problem solving as needed.
